Words have a tremendous impact on our identity. Ask any child who’s been called “fatty,” “beanpole,” “brillo head”- these names stick, shaping how we see ourselves and our bodies.


These messages compound as we grow, receiving verbal and non-verbal messages from a society that judges and polices our bodies. Messages that become internalized beliefs and keep us locked in a mindset of insecurity and inadequacy.


This is a powerful, out-loud session that explores how to undo the toxic body messages you’ve internalized. In it, you‘ll unpack where these messages came from, learn how to rescind their impact,  and replace them with body-positive beliefs.

Heal Body Shame is a tender, transformative journey of care and attention for the parts of your body you’ve been taught to feel shame or discomfort about - whether it’s your face, your breasts, your nose, your vulva, your belly, your toes - or any place that you've been told is “not good enough.”


Carrying doubts about your body takes a heavy toll. It affects how you move through the world and whether you fully allow yourself to feel joy. It can leave you dimming your light and withholding your confidence.


In this session, you’ll begin with breathwork and visualization, including gentle reparenting practices that invite you to reclaim your body as deeply worthy and loved. Then using your workbook, you’ll turn toward these tender places, learning to see them with fresh, loving eyes.

A Passionate Guide To Self-Care teaches you to reclaim self-care not as a luxury or indulgence, but as a birthright. As women, we're often conditioned to care for others first, viewing our own needs as secondary—or even selfish.

This session debunks that idea, guiding you to rediscover daily rituals as deeply nourishing acts of self-love.


You’ll slow down, savoring moments you’ve learned to rush through like a long, warm bath, or the quiet intimacy of undressing and moisturizing your thirsty skin. You’ll learn to refresh tired limbs through caring, intentional touch.


In removing the boundaries that kept you from prioritizing yourself, you’ll tap into the healing joy that comes from tending to your own well-being.
